The assessment we send on the basis of a photo or a drawing is an expert estimate. It is based on the information the enquirer supplies. It does not replace a weldability trial or sampling, and we do not answer for decisions anyone makes on the strength of it.
The supply of a machine is agreed in a separate contract of sale. Only there are the subject of supply, the price, the payment terms, the lead time, the warranty, the scope of installation and training, the service terms and everything else settled. Until both parties sign it, no claim arises either to delivery or to any price mentioned.
