What happens to what you write to us.

Who processes the data

The controller is Petr Bernard, a sole trader trading as TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT TRADE, Kubelíkova 70/1, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic, registration number 70589852. Contact in matters of personal data: info@tp-t.cz, +420 777 981 981.

What we get from you

Your name, your company, an e-mail address, a phone number and whatever you write to us about the part you want welded or packed. If you tick the box for tips by e-mail, we also keep, as evidence, when you gave your consent, with what wording and from which IP address. For other enquiries the server keeps the IP address for one hour only, in an unreadable form, so that a robot cannot flood the form. We collect nothing else.

What we use it for

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an assessment or a quote. The legal basis is steps taken before entering into a contract.
• To get in touch with you about the matter you raised yourself. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering somebody who has approached us.
• If you tick the box, to send you tips on plastics welding and blister packaging roughly once a month. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any message.
• To meet the obligations the law places on us, mainly accounting and tax.

Who we pass it to

We pass the details of the part to the manufacturer of the machine we are working on the enquiry with, because a quote cannot be prepared without it. The data is also processed technically by our web hosting and e-mail provider and, if you consent to traffic measurement, by Google, which runs the measurement. We pass the data nowhere else and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the discussion and then for as long as statutory periods require. If nothing comes of the enquiry and you write to us, we delete it. Data for the e-mail tips is kept until you withdraw your consent.

What you can do about it

• Ask what we hold about you and request a copy.
• Have the data corrected, erased or its processing restricted.
• Receive it in a common electronic format to pass on elsewhere.
• Object to the processing.
• Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.
• Approach the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

An e-mail to info@tp-t.cz is enough.

Traffic measurement

The site measures traffic, but only after you consent in the bar shown on your first visit. Without consent no measurement request leaves your browser at all. You can change your choice at any time using the Measurement settings link in the footer.
