The first two decide whether a machine of your own makes any sense at all. If it does not, we will say so straight away and not waste your time.

What do you need to solve?

How many pieces a year will you make? Volume decides both the technology and whether a machine pays for itself at all.

What investment are you working with? Stand-alone machines start at EUR 40,000. A welding unit for your own line runs EUR 10,000 to 20,000.

When do you need to be in production? Lead time of a machine is five to eight months from signing.

Describe the part or the product What it is, which plastic, how big it is and what the joint or the pack has to stand up to. One sentence is fine, we will ask the rest.
